How long do I have to exchange an item?

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order

How much does it cost to make an exchange?

Nothing, it's free. Transportation too.

How do I exchange an item?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
To start an exchange you must go to the Returns Center.

How can I know about the status of my exchange request?

You can check the status of your request from the Returns Center. You will also receive some emails with information and instructions.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order.

How do I make a return?

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags still attached and include all original packaging. To initiate a return, you must do so through our Returns Center.

How much does a return cost?

It's free if you paid for shipping with your order or if your order qualified for free shipping and, after deducting the returned item, still meets the conditions for free shipping.

Example 1. You live in Germany and your order was €150. Shipping was free. You want to return an item worth €30. The final order total is €120, so it still qualifies: the return is free.

Example 2. You live in Italy, your order was €50 and you paid €15 for shipping: the return is free.

Returns only have a cost if your order qualified for free shipping but no longer meets the conditions after the return. In that case, the return fee is:

  • 5€ from Spain or Portugal
  • 10€ from other European countries or the USA

Example 3. You live in France and placed an order of €80. Shipping was free. You want to return an item worth €30. The final total is €50, so it no longer qualifies: the return costs €10.

NOTE: The return fee is always charged at the start of the process, but if the return qualifies as free (see Example 1 or 2), we’ll refund the fee along with the value of the returned item once we receive the package.

How do I receive the refund?

You have several options, from the original payment method to store credit or discount vouchers. The choice is yours.

When do I receive the refund?

When we receive the returned item, if everything is okay, we will approve the return and refund using the method you have chosen.

How can I find out about the status of my refund request?
