How long do I have to exchange an item?

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order

How much does it cost to make an exchange?

Nothing, it's free. Transportation too.

Can I exchange for another item or just the size?

You can change the size or buy another item. If the price of the new item is lower, we will refund the difference; if it is higher, we will charge you separately.

How do I exchange an item?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
To start an exchange you must go to the Returns Center.

How can I know about the status of my exchange request?

You can check the status of your request from the Returns Center. You will also receive some emails with information and instructions.

When we receive the returned item, if everything is okay, we will approve the return and refund using the method you have chosen.
